Q:  My horse races in regulated and tested competition, can I use these products on him/her?
A:  Our complete line of supplements and pre event products are test free and used around the world on performance horses that compete at the highest levels and undergo complete testing.

Q:  What's the best way for me to get your products?
A:  At Easy-Motion Horse Products we are fortunate to have a great group of vendors that carry our products.  Many tack shops and feed stores carry a wide range of our products.  If the products are not in stock they will be happy to order them for you.  If you can't find our products at your local store, please contact us so we can contact your local store or you can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q:  How much will the shipping charge be?
A:  North American customers are provided free shipping on all retail orders over $500.00.  Orders under $500.00 will be subject to very reasonable shipping rates from either UPS or FedEx Ground.  We will confirm your shipping fee with you before completing your order.

Q:  What forms of payment do you offer?
Easy-Motion Horse Products offers Visa/MasterCard and are currently working to provide Interact E-mail transfers.  We do not accept American Express or Discovery at this time.

Q:  I use to buy a product from EMHP but I don't see it here on your website, do you still have it?
A:  Our complete line of products are always growing and changing.  If you have a specific question about a product feel free to contact our Product Educator James Roselle at james@easymotionhorse.com. He will answer any product questions that you may have and if we don't have the product you're looking for he may be able to suggest a similar product to fit your horse's needs.

Q:  I just received my horse's blood test back and I am not sure what it means or what products you may have that might help?
A:  Our Product Educator, James Roselle is available seven days a week to help you find the best treatment options for your horse's health and optimal performance.  Feel free to fax in your blood work or call James anytime if you have any horse health questions.  If he doesn't have the answer he will find it!

Q:  I own a small tack shop and I am interest in becoming a dealer of your products, is this possible?
A:  New dealer inquiries are always welcome.  Please contact customer Service at 1-866-536-3279 or customerservice@easymotionhorse.com and they will be happy to provide the information on how to get started.

Q:  What is the shelf life of your products?
A:  Our complete product line is given visible expiry dates printed directly on the product containers.  Most oral pastes, powders and liquids have a two year expiry and our homeopathic line has a 5 year expiry.

Q:  What makes Easy-Motion Horse Products better than the competitor?
A;  Easy-Motion Horse Products Inc. is a very reputable small equine health company who puts your horse first.  Our products are carefully manufactured at a cGMP approved facility that ensures the highest quality and consistency.  Over the years we have heard what our customers want and we have answered those needs with our original "test free" products that do not contain harmful fillers.
